To allow the driver to enter the number of passengers that get into the taxi on a flag down job so at the end of the job instead of have enter price have it as enter number of passengers.

There is another thing that would make your programme and driver app stand out above the others.

The drivers need a quote button. Quite often I am asked how much would it be from say 14 Mazlin Street Atherton to the Mobil Service station on Kennedy Highway (Round trip). I could then plug into the quote the pickup address the destination and add 5 minutes wait time and back to pickup address based on the time of day, (In australia we have 3 flag falls) Day, evening, Night. So lets say Day $2.90 Flag fall + $1.50 booking fee then $2.94 cents per kilometer then add approx 5 minutes wait while they grab there cigs and hot food etc. then back to destination. The app would quote on this and I could give a very real estimate on price instead of guessing, which we do most of the time. We would also need to plug in the amount of people, as 1-4 is a lower rate then 5-10.

Would like to see that the driver app would let the driver add the number of passengers he lifts on a hail job.

If the company has removed the option of drivers rejecting jobs, when a job is dispatched to the driver it says something along the line of “job pending” rather than giving details of the job on the push notification to accept.
We are finding that drivers read the initial job notification and don’t accept correctly as they know the details, therefore job stays red until such time they can be bothered!!

I would like to see flight information after the office puts the flight info on the booking.
I.E time of landing terminal so the driver doesn’t have to look at other apps and leave taxi hub it’s already their terminal time of landing

As most of you will know when you’re on the road, booking in a return would be much easier if there was a copy (return) button within the driver app. This would save the effort of having to put jobs in manually.
