Don’t know how many others have this issue. We are using android 7+ and the app signs out without knowledge. Unless a controller is working on the desktop app, drivers have no knowledge causing jobs not to be saved inputted by driver. This is a huge issue and there must be a way to keep the app permanently open and logged in.

This matter has been resolved in the new driver app which is currently under review by Apple, awaiting release.
What about android as we’re still awaiting the update which we need now?
Android will be released at the same time.
Is there an ETA on this as it’s getting rather frustrating. Was late for a job today as I didnt get reminded due to the app doing this

Just wondering on a release date for 1.5 as we’re still awaiting and I’ve had an irate customer on the phone thanks to my app apparently being signed in but wasnt.
Any ETA yet? As far as I’d read above you were awaiting apple to review. This topic has still not been completed technically since August 22nd???
