Booking Reminders

If bookings are allocated to a driver hours or even days ahead of a job, is there a way of generating a reminder, say, half an hour before the booking time?

There are email reminders available to you within the system which can be enabled by going to: settings >>> Email Templates >>> Drivers >>> Reminder of booking.

I checked the settings and is automatically set to be sent 48 hours before the booking date. Is it possible that we customize the time that these reminders are sent to? like 2 hours before their booked time of pick up and a day before..

Unfortunately the time is un-editable at the moment.
