If the company has removed the option of drivers rejecting jobs, when a job is dispatched to the driver it says something along the line of “job pending” rather than giving details of the job on the push notification to accept.
We are finding that drivers read the initial job notification and don’t accept correctly as they know the details, therefore job stays red until such time they can be bothered!!
