On the desk top booking system to would help to have a traffic light system to show when jobs are ready for dispatch and or going to run late rather than the job disappearing into the planner for unassigned jobs

Hi, there is an audio alert you can set for jobs that are due to be dispatched. Goto Settings >>> Miscellaneous >>> Job Grid Settings >>> Misc Setting >>> Enable
In the planer, you can drag jobs from the “Unassigned” column to a particular driver in order to dispatch. You can re-allocate jobs to other drivers in the same way, just by dragging and dropping.
